Location: All cities,NY, USA
The Technical Support Specialist will be a key member of the IT supporting a large organization. This person will utilize the ticketing system to troubleshoot and diagnose internal tech issues and resolve them in a timely manner. Will assist in the set up and breakdown of video conference equipment. Images PC's for application and hardware performance problems. Handles computer set ups and installs etc. This is a true DOE type role and will consider someone entry level with the right attitude. In-person to start and then can possibly go hybrid if things are going well after 3 months.
