Position: Technical service engineer
Travel area: The region of The United States
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for on-site commissioning and troubleshooting during the batch delivery.
2. Responsible for the development, training, optimization and daily inspections of overseas service center and maintenance center.
3. Feedback on product quality issues and resolve them with CQM tools.
4. Responsible for customer relationship management and improving customer satisfaction.
5. Design the product troubleshooting guide based on the local customers requirement.
6. Assist Commercial engineer to manage the spare parts.
Requirements:
1 Mechanical, electrical, automation and other engineering disciplines.
2 Familiar with AC/DC drive, servo, motor, PLC and other automation products.
3 Hard-working, have good communication skills and team spirit, and accept business trips.
4 Fluent in English, and Chinese is a plus.
