Job Summary :
We are seeking a Technical Lead (Sr. Associate - Projects) with 7-11 years of experience, specializing in MarkLogic.
This role is pivotal in driving our projects to success, ensuring high-quality development and implementation of innovative solutions that meet our clients needs.
The ideal candidate will leverage their MarkLogic expertise to lead our technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Experience : 6 to 10 yrs.

Roles & Responsibilities : -
Lead the design and development of MarkLogic-based applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to define project scopes and objectives, providing technical guidance.
Oversee the integration of MarkLogic applications with other systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to promote best practices in MarkLogic development.
Stay abreast of the latest MarkLogic features and updates, incorporating them into projects to enhance performance and functionality.
Ensure the security and integrity of MarkLogic databases and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MarkLogic implementations.
Provide expert advice on MarkLogic architecture and development strategies to stakeholders.
Optimize MarkLogic configurations for performance and scalability.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
Qualifications- - Proven experience as a Technical Lead with extensive knowledge in MarkLogic development.
Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
Ability to design and implement complex MarkLogic-based solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in a fast-paced development environment.
