If this sounds like an exciting opportunity, start your application today!ResponsibilitiesProvide technical assistance to clients using our RMM & PSA tools via email, phone, and on-site supportUse strong communication skills to make clients feel comfortable with their technologyBe a team player to provide the absolute best experience to end-usersMust be able to work independently and set daily goals as well as quickly change gears as emergencies ariseConfigure new technology for the company, including software and applications, computer hardware and desktops, and operating systemsRun security checks on all of our systems to ensure we are protected from cybersecurity threatsRespond quickly to technical issues so problems can be resolved and our employees can continue to work efficientlyAdminister new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficientlyQualificationsAble to create detailed documentation for all tickets and SOPsAbility to simplify complex topics when working with clientsTop-notch customer service skills and driven to make our business succeedSkilled in communication, time management, and organizationExpert-level Microsoft Office skillsHigh school diploma or G.E.D. required, associate's degree in information technology or computer science is a bonus2+ years experience in a professional IT setting
