**Department & Position Overview:**

Working closely with direct team, clients, caregivers and departments across the business, your goal will be to provide support to Care Coordinators and Team Lead on your direct team and a seamless Customer Service experience to clients you interact with. We value your can-do positive attitude and desire to turn a negative into a positive. You will receive excellent in-house training which will help you develop a thorough understanding of our program. **Everyday You Will:**

* Work closely with the Team Lead to tackle daily duties/responsibilities

* Adhere to a revolving changes within the department

* Set up medicals appointments for caregivers

* Complete verification of employment forms for caregivers

* Act as a backup to Team Lead

**Ideal Candidate Will Possess:**

* Must have poise and patience when dealing with customers

* 2 years previous experience in a similar position preferred

* Motivation to meet and/or exceed case management targets or metrics

* Excellent written, and verbal skills

* Proficient computer, phone knowledge

* Must be Bilingual Spanish (fluency in reading, writing and speaking)

* Experience with data input, case review and building rapport and confidence with clients

* Adept at multitasking, excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills

* Ability to problem solve, handle payroll questions and conduct compliance reviews

* Ability to adapt to change

**Nice-to-Haves:**

* Previous medical field experience and/or case management, a plus

This role is based out of one or both of our two main offices: Lake Success, NY or New York, NY. For now, we are entirely remote until it is completely safe for our employees to be back in the office.
