Youll need:
- High school diploma/GED and college credits in early childhood.
- NYS Teacher Assistant Certification (ATAS) within 6 months of hire date.
- Early childhood college credits and/or related classroom experience.
- State Central Registry Clearance; Workshop-School Violence Intervention and Prevention.
- Good communication skills.
- Demonstrated willingness and aptitude working for individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.
