Responsibilities:Como Tcnico de Mantenimiento en Hines, tus principales responsabilidades sern, sin embargo, no son limitativas a:
Realizar los trabajos de Mantenimiento Preventivo, Predictivo y Correctivo (Elctrico, Plomera en General, Aire Acondicionado, Estticos como pintura, tablaroca, resanes, albailera).
Conocimientos en automatizacin
Atencin y seguimiento a los de reportes de mantenimiento y llenado de bitcoras.
Conocimiento en medidas de seguridad laboral.
Realizar recorridos detectando riesgos y necesidades.
Qualifications:Requisitos mnimos solicitados:
Bachillerato/Preparatoria o Carrera tcnica en Electricidad, Electromecnica o afn trunco o concluida.
Mnimo 3 aos de experiencia en el rea de mantenimiento en inmuebles en general y/o Oficinas categora AAA.
Actitud de servicio, trabajo en equipo, proactividad, atencin al detalle, disciplina y organizacin.
Disponibilidad para rolar turnos (maana, tarde y noche) / Lunes a Domingo con descanso entre semana.
