The Merker Group is working with a top Am Law 100 firm to find a mid-senior level attorney (5-6 years) with experience in transactional Tax matters to join their offices in New York, Los Angeles, Houston, or DC. This firm pays top of market compensation and bonus and has a reasonable billable hours requirement.

Requirements:

• 5 to 6 years of transactional tax matters including significant experience advising clients on the tax aspects of renewable energy transactions that qualify for tax credits.
• Prior Am Law 100/200 firm experience.
• J.D. from top-ranked US law school and superior academic credentials.
