What Our Client is Looking For:

Experience:

• Deep knowledge in tax law, with a preference for those skilled in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance.
• The role involves aiding clients with equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing, collaboration arrangements, and comprehensive tax planning on both a domestic and international scale.

Skills:

• Outstanding communication skills, a rigorous work ethic, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
• Superior academic credentials, along with top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, are required.

EDUCATION:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the jurisdiction of application is required.
• Applicant must be duly admitted and in good standing within the relevant state bar.
