Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ICN Group Corp. located in New York, NY. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and support the growth of the organization.

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
• Strong interviewing skills
• Ability to effectively source and attract top talent
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies
• Knowledge of employment visa types
• Experience of filling embassy visa application
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with recruitment technology and tools
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
• Experience in international recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to know Korean or Spanish will be plus
