- Source and engage top talent through strategic, creative, and innovative sourcing approaches using multiple channels
- Develop an effective and compelling presentation to sell the firm to prospective candidates; build and manage candidates through the closing and offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals
- Proactively incorporate the firm s diversity and inclusion strategy into the recruiting process
- Conduct interviews and facilitate debrief sessions to identify the best talent
- Manage vendor relationships; identify strategic relationships and strengthen the firm s overall relationship
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree required
- 3-5 five years of recruiting experience
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching
- An understanding of the financial markets and the ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Client focused, service oriented, relationship builder
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Salary Range$110,000-$120,000
