The role reports directly to the Director of Credit product management and is ideally based in San Francisco or New York. You will be joining a highly engaged and performing team with an ambitious product roadmap. This position will partner closely with the Credit organization and the Corporate and Institutional banking teams.Ownership of at least one core business product, including lifecycle management, driving product strategy and partnering with leaders across the bank.Be the Voice of Customer: Together with a senior product leader, liaise with partners to understand client needs and understand how that translates business value to effectively prioritize product roadmap.Lead (and as needed drive) business case development for approval of key initiatives.Coordinate (and as needed drive) building of documentation, producing reporting and developing presentations in support of gathering buy-in from various key stakeholders including senior management, partners, and committees.Ownership of at least one core business product, including lifecycle management, product strategy.Lead (and as needed drive) business case development for approval of key initiatives.Manage (and as needed drive) identification and prioritization of opportunities for product improvement and new product development via business collaboration, crowd sourcing, and market researchBe the Voice of Customer: Together with a senior product leader, liaise with partners to understand client needs and understand how that translates business value in order to effectively prioritize product roadmap.Use data to generate actionable insights and leverage those to set/achieve goals for the product and connect quantified goals to meaningful outcomes for business.Drive new product Delivery: Support utilization of agile product development process, routines, and ceremoniesAs needed, interact with agile delivery pods and/or vendors to enable client facing solutions or platform enhancements.As necessary, support full SDLC (software development life cycle), partnering with designers, engineers, QA, to deliver best in class solutions.Support Go-to-Market plans and business readiness activities (e.g., communications, training, policy and procedure updates).Manage products performance including units, commitments, balances, utilization, credit risk, losses, ROC, income, profits, and more to ensure responsible product managementLeverage stakeholders in the organization to help achieve goals, deliver meaningful business outcomes, obtain necessary funding, and positively influence the strategic direction of the PM s team and the company overall.Learn how to effectively communicate, across all mediums, the product vision and strategy, business or customer needs, financial performance, and delivery and roadmap updates The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally from $138,322.00 to $207,484.00 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay.
