**Supply Chain Inventory Manager**

Operations - Supply Chain New York, New York Minimum Experience **Experienced** Description

Vital to our business is having the right inventory in the right place at the right time. We are looking for a strategic thinker to manage all thingsinventory along the supply chain, starting with inbound and concluding with outbound, across 10+ warehouses, reaching as far as the UK. The successful candidate must have outstanding analytics skills (big data analysis AND actionable results), strong knowledge of inventory management (APICS, etc), lean six sigma experience, and thinking outside the box DNA. Pluses include experience in import and overseas manufacturing supply chain, amazon FBA/FBM ecosystem, and financial P&L acumen.

Responsibilities

* Inventory management. Item master control, sku setup, inventory planning, capacity planning, cycle count, inventory accuracy, inventory tracking / reorder management

* Amazon Seller central

* Shipping templates

* Detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, transfers and adjustments

* Manage non-inventory supplies and reordering

* Analyze supply chain costs and model options

* Work with off-shore team to support supply chain

* Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems

* Lead project to improve inventory quality and cost reduction

* Lead communication to 3PL warehouses and internal teams (finance, sales, etc.)

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or relevant field

* Strong skills in data analysis (relational databases, database queries, pivot tables, adhoc reporting, metrics/KPIs, cost modeling, supply chain optimization

* 3+ years hands on experience managing multi-site inventory for ecommerce (D2C and B2B across high number of skus)

* Amazon seller fulfilled by merchant experience

* Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.

* An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.

* Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Must be detailed-oriented & organized

* Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities with the ability to interface at all levels both internally & externally
