Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator (Temporary for 3-6 months)

Location: White Plains, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with one hour for lunch, hybrid schedule - three days in office, two from home

Hourly Rate: $26-28; based on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and a strong ability to analyze and interpret data.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or JDA to manage inventory, track shipments, and process orders.

- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.

- Handle email correspondence related to supply chain activities, including communicating with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Generate and distribute weekly reports on key supply chain metrics, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and transportation costs.

- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

- Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to optimize supply chain processes and mitigate risks.

- Assist in resolving any supply chain issues or disruptions that may arise, such as inventory shortages or delivery delays.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory transactions, purchase orders, and shipping documents.

Requirements:

- Previous experience using an ERP system such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or JDA is required.

- Familiarity with supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and managing inbound/outbound shipments.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to run and interpret weekly reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
