Overview:
Konica Minolta has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator. Provide timely and accurate BSC replenishment and sales support by STO and Prepo processing.
Responsibilities:Individual positions will include several of the following based on specific circumstances:
Review forecast for assigned items
Process approved Prepositions and STO requests
Monitor backorders and inventory levels by location
Ensure that backorders are fulfilled by confirming schedule lines or issuing manual STOs
Support SCM analysts/ Managers in daily functions
Perform additional functions as required
Qualifications:High School diploma or higher educational degree required
1 to 2 years of general work experience
Experience with SAP or demonstrated experience to learn SAP or similar systems
Related industry experience preferred
Intermediate to advance level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high stress environment
