We are currently hiring a Supervisor of Behavior Supports to work in our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency. As the Supervisor of Behavior Supports, you would be responsible for:
+ Providing supervision and oversight to qualified behaviorists in the Residential programs.
+ Working with the behaviorists in our Residential programs to provide guidance and facilitate person centered planning procedures for decision making in the area of behavior analysis and development of plans for the individuals receiving services.
+ Maintaining current knowledge base of DDRO and OPWDD policies, procedures and regulations related to residential/clinical services.
Supervisor of Behavior Supports Minimum Salary: $25.93/hr
Supervisor of Behavior Supports Maximum Salary: $25.93/hr
Supervisor of Behavior Supports Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm *some flexibility* Ability to work up to two days remote after introductory period has been completed.
Qualifications:
+ Masters Degree in Psychology or Counseling Services required.
+ Valid NYS Drivers License and reliable transportation.
+ Minimum 5 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
+ At least 5 years of clinical experience.
+ Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
