Description:
Photronics is a world leader in sub-wavelength reticle solution technology because of our commitment to customer service, value and quality. Our manufacturing locations in Asia, North America and Europe are strategically located to insure customers can obtain local service, typically in their native language, and product delivery in the shortest time possible.
Will be responsible for supervising all manufacturing processes with attention to production output, product quality and on-time shipping. Will plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet customer delivery requirements. Will allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime and develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets. Assists with planning and directing the layout of equipment as required and ensures production follows appropriate workflow and assembly methods.
The position will reside in Brookfield, Connecticut, our corporate headquarters and reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
Required Experience:
* Must have experience manufacturing photomasks.
* The ability to interface in a positive manner with subordinates, peers and management is essential.
* Must be a problem solver.
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
* Knowledge of multiple parts of the manufacturing process will be very helpful.
* Experience as a group lead or supervisor experience is very helpful
Required Education:
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (which would equate to a minimum of high school education plus 8 years of experience manufacturing photomasks).
