With more than 60 social service and mental health programs in over 20 locations, Family Service League is committed to serving Long Island's most vulnerable citizens.SUMMARYFamily Service League is seeking a full-time Supervisor for our Family Recovery Center (FRC) in Riverhead. The Supervisor will work with the Program Director to provide clinical and administrative oversight. In this position, the Supervisor will provide individual and group supervision, oversee the completion of documentation, and offer direct service. The Supervisor will demonstrate an understanding of program outcomes, performance indicators, and program evaluation tools.We offer a generous benefits package including the following:* Health and Dental Insurance* Vision Insurance* Flexible Spending Account (FSA)* Retirement Savings Plan with a 5% employer contribution* Life and AD&D Insurance* Generous PTO (paid time off)* Up to 11 paid Holidays* Paid Sick Leave* Student Tuition Remission Program* Employee Assistance Program (EAP)* Company paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability* Employee Discounts and more!RESPONSIBILITIES* The Supervisor will provide clinical oversight to clinic staff.* Assist the clinic Program Director to provide necessary support to staff in order to reach program and Agency goals.* Ensure staff compliance with related regulations and agency policies.* The Supervisor will review productivity and performance indicators with staff.* Oversee staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and conducting supervisions and performance appraisals.* The Supervisor will coordinate with Information Technology staff regarding the use of technology tools and computer applications.* Some direct service, including completing necessary documentation in accordance with OASAS guidelines.* All other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in a related field required. Master's degree preferred.CASAC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC required.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a substance use disorder treatment setting required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.Computer proficiency skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
