The DASH Crisis Center is a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week outpatient crisis stabilization program that includes a 24-hour crisis hotline and mobile response team. The Crisis Center Supervisor will assist the Clinical Director by providing clinical and administrative support, overseeing staff, and handling operational responsibilities for the program.We offer a generous benefits package including the following:Weekly clinical supervision providedFree CEU training availableNight differential payFloating HolidayHealth and Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Retirement Savings Plan with a 5% employer contributionLife and AD&D InsuranceGenerous PTO (paid time off)Up to 11 paid HolidaysPaid Sick LeaveStudent Tuition Remission ProgramEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Company paid Short-Term and Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Discounts and more!RESPONSIBILITIESThe Crisis Center Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative oversight to the staff of the crisis stabilization program, crisis hotline and mobile response team so that each can attain program and agency goals.Oversee staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and conducting supervisions and performance appraisals.The Crisis Center Supervisor will rotate on-call responsibilities for the program.Ensure programmatic compliance with related regulations and agency policies.Monitor the program schedule, ensure proper staffing, and look for coverage to fill gaps.The Crisis Center Supervisor will provide training for all program staff on agency policy, use of the EMR, clinical response, de-escalation, and crisis intervention.Hold regular team meetings and case conferences.Ensure the health and safety of staff and clients during emergencies.Provide clinical backup when necessary.The Crisis Center Supervisor will maintain relationships with local law enforcement, emergency management, hospital systems and other key stakeholders.Ensure appropriate linkages and follow up occur.Coordinate with IT staff regarding the use of technology tools and computer applications.Utilize data and other reports to monitor program outcomes, follow up with staff and to inform decisions.All other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSMaster's Degree in a related field required.Licensed clinical degree, such as Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, LMSW or equivalent required.2 years of experience working with individuals with mental health, substance use or co-occurring disorders required.Experience in clinic-based programs (OMH and OASAS) preferred.1 year of experience in the management and oversight of clinic-based programs preferred.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills required.Ability problem solve, multitask, make clear decisions and work as part of a team.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records required.Evening, weekend hours, and rotating weekend on call coverage required.Family Service League is committed to the belief that all individuals deserve uncompromising respect.
