Job Description:
- Assist with building, installing, verifying and breaking down of all Facility, EQ and Reception items.
- Facilitate approved client requests: EQ delivery to studio, studio arrangements according to Shoot and Event layout specifications.
- Guide clients in preparation of shoots and events by interpreting and explaining venue policies and procedures.
- Hosting and conducting venue tours, site inspections and displaying a complete knowledge of technical capabilities of the venue.
- Aid in preparation and reset of spaces for shoots and events in cooperation with all departments.
- Facility and Shoot EQ operational understanding and diagnostic, troubleshooting.
- Attend daily Shoots Look Ahead and weekly status Floor Manager meetings.
- All other duties as assigned by Head of Operations and Shoots Producer (TBA)
- On site supervisor for Studio assistant and responsible for keeping the crew on task and working efficiently.
- Communicating any issues and callouts between Shoots, Events and Spring Place.
- Handling Walkie sign in and out for day-to-day usage
- Overseeing and training all Studio assistant staff for Events and Shoots team
- If tasking allows, assisting shoots and events team with light administrative work.
- Managing load in and load out of events, while assisting events team with event day building related tasking.
- Documenting and handling inbound and outbound Sub rentals for Spring Shoots team.
- Finalizing build and break lists for all shoots. Ensuring all paperwork is handed, organized, and inputted correctly into the rental system.
- Assisting with regular inventory of Spring Studios assets.
- Establishing and executing tasks for shift.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A passion for hospitality and 5-Star Customer Service.
- A passion for cleanliness and the highest level of aesthetic and presentation.
- Highly professional written and oral communication skills required.
- Possess the endurance, mental and physical fortitude to excel in a demanding fast paced environment.
- Candidate must be able and willing to work a varied schedule, which may include nights, overnight, weekends, holidays, extended work hours and extended number of days.
- Be able to multitask and concisely communicate while staying calm under intense demands.
- Have at least 4 years on-set work experience in photography studio or venue management industry with complete understanding of shoot and event culture and production.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, InDesign and Photoshop preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of building systems Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing required.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, be detail oriented, organized and maintain confidentiality.
- This position requires the ability to interact with all types of people.

- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent education.
- Previous experience with fashion/luxury brands, including New York Fashion Week and high-end multimedia is a plus.
