Position Summary

Tracy Anderson Method is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated leader to join our team. The Studio Manager is responsible for all aspects of studio growth, performance, and operations, with a focus on recruitment and retention of new members. Our studio managers act as brand ambassa-dors, creating energy and excitement around Tracy Anderson Method products and services that will contribute to customer acquisition, revenue, and meeting sales goals. The ideal candidate will exemplify the highest level of customer success that supports the membership base and ensure an undisputed experience for all clients.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

-Increase studio revenue through membership and private training growth (sales pipeline management), client retention, and generating retail sales.

-Cover alternate studio locations as needed

-Lead generation in conjunction with marketing team, grassroots efforts, and business development.

-Maintain thorough knowledge of Tracy Anderson Mind and Body services, programs, trainers and products, as well as current knowledge of key competitors.

-Liaise between the executive team and business office to ensure a clear understanding of member needs.

-Support marketing and public relations team with strategies targeting local market and VIP cli-ent/media relationship building.

-Oversee studio logistics and client services including membership, group classes, private training, virtual offerings, retail sales, and special events.

-Foster and develop a high-performing studio by training, motivating, and managing the Front Desk and Housekeeping Teams.

-Collaborate with the Training management team to foster and develop high-performing training.

-Create a motivating and harmonious environment to enhance the member experience.

-Ensure that studio image and operations are in-line with corporate standards and fostering a staff that is committed and responsible for maintaining these standards.

-Emphasize and enforce objectives surrounding the Tracy Anderson brand.

-Review and adjust billing processes & procedures and approve/manage any exceptions to standard billing. Collect out-standing dues.

-Offer data-driven insights about member engagement and propose features that have a meaningful impact on said engagement.

-Oversight of inventory and sales of all retail within our POS system.

-Develop deep relationships with stakeholders throughout the business and ensure there is alignment with the wider strategy of the company.

-Experience interfacing with high-touch clientele.

-Ability to treat highly confidential information with care and discretion.

-Understanding of accounting principles and cash processing procedures.

-Ability to comprehend and implement established Standard Operating Procedures, recognize areas of improvement, and make changes using good judgment.

-Flexible, tactful and patient; especially, under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills.

-Ability to plan workload and set or adjust priorities to meet deadlines.

-Comfort navigating a schedule that can include occasional long hours, early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

-Technically adept with knowledge or the ability to learn our software solutions (Google office, MS Office, MindBody, etc.)

Education and Experience

-Five (5) years of prior management experience within upscale health and fitness, luxury retail, or hospitality space with a strong emphasis on client sales and retention.

-Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a similar related field.

-Sales and/or Consumer Engagement (minimum two(2) years of experience)

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, mobile devices, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax ma-chines.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is required to stand frequently; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

The employee must be available during between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and must work a minimum of 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Cover alternate studio locations as needed

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel expected. The employee is expected to cover alternate studio locations as needed.

Salary Range

$72,000-75,000 annual salary.
