Job Posting SummaryThe Manager of Student Systems Integration will be responsible for assisting with the execution of the University's continuing student communication plan. This role offers support for our Student Communications Integration (SCI) team by handling key day-to-day tasks and acting as the main point of contact for all non-CRM related communications. One of the main responsibilities of this person will be the creation, maintenance and execution of the university-wide communication calendar and effective deployment using various programs implemented by the university. The Manager of Student Systems Integration will work with all university departments to be an effective contributor to the success of SCI team.Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:* Expert in operation and deployment of all non-CRM based platforms for continuing student communications, including but not limited to the university's website, Chatbot, Mercy Connect, Social Media platforms, Blackboard, and all other programs utilized by continuing student offices* Converts and serves as a liaison for all messages for communications plan into platforms like Connect, Chatbot, EAB, website, etc.* Build relationships, and serve as a main point of contact, with colleagues across the university to establish interdepartmental communication strategy to effectively reach students* Handle day to day tasks associated with creating, monitoring and deploying communication messaging* Manage communication calendar and ad hoc campaigns to effectively reach students, faculty and staff* Work collaboratively with the Manager, Student Communications Planning to ensure timely, effective and comprehensive communication plans are implemented* Report on the effectiveness of communication campaignsQualificationsRequired Skills & Experience:* Exceptional written, communication and organizational skills with attention to detail* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment* Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team* Knowledge of CRM systems a plus, especially Slate* Experience with Drupal 9 Content Management System (CMS) preferred* Experience with other operations software desirable* Familiarity and comfortability with CRM reporting and dashboard management* Advanced technology skills with an ability to quickly learn and navigate new platforms* 3+ years professional experience within marketing/communications or multi-channel marketing campaigns* A passion for communications and a commitment to excellenceEducation Requirements:* Bachelor's Degree requiredPhysical/Other Requirements:* Some evening and weekend hours will be required during peak times or to meet deadlines. Participation at admissions related events is also expected.* Must be able to push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs* Must be able to meet all general health requirements for the position as per university policiesCompensation offered will be commensurate with the educational background and work experience of the individual.Mercy University promotes a community campus environment.
