Structured Transactions Lawyer
: Job Details :

Currently seeking a mid-level associate with three to five years experience to join the structured transactions practice of a US law firm in New York.

The successful applicant must:

• Have the right to work in the US, legally
• Be admitted to the New York Bar
• Possess corporate and/or finance transactions experience
• Have similar experience within a leading US law firm, previously

A background in structured finance and securitization is preferred, but not required.

The salary for this role ranges between $225,000 and $435,000.
