The Structured Equity Financing desk (SEF) originates, structures and risk-manages financing transactions for a wide variety of JPMorgan clients, including Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Corporates and Family Offices. Job Responsibilities: Structured Equity Financing is looking for an experienced Associate or a Vice President to assist with all aspects of the trading business across transaction lifecycles - deal vetting and execution, portfolio management of existing exposures, platform and technology development, financial resource management and liaising with internal stakeholders (including client coverage, risk and legal/regulatory teams). The candidate should be familiar with fund financing products, including capital call / subscription facilities, NAV loans and equity margin loans, among others. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skill Understanding of fund financing, including subscription / capital call facilities, NAV loans, equity margin loans, hedge fund financing and other alternative financing solutions Understanding of risk management and related concepts Capital markets or similar Borrower / 'buyside' experience helpful Outstanding quantitative and qualitative skills (including Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, coding skills, among others) Ability to liaise directly with clients, including ability to originate new opportunities and negotiate in-execution transactions Driven / Self-starter Team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills Understands what he/she doesn't know and isn't afraid to ask questions Ability to deal with a variety of personality types
