Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultants (3-5 years)

• Big 4 or Mid-Market Consulting Experience Required
• Location: New York or Dallas
• Salary: $100-130k (+bonus + equity)

My client is rapidly scaling boutique Strategy Consultancy who are looking to grow their New York office.

Following a successful IPO, the firm has seen continued success in the strategy sphere and are now also delivering digital transformation engagements. They are looking for experienced candidates at 'consultant' grade to join their growing team.

Typical projects include:

• Strategy Definition
• Customer Segmentation
• New Market Entry
• Target Operating Model
• New Product Launches
• Digital Transformation

Sectors include:

• Luxury & Fashion
• Media, Sports & Entertainment
• Retail & Consumer Goods
• Telecommunications
• Private Equity
• Financial Services

Requirements:

• 3-5 years consulting experience, focusing on private sector clients
• Strategy experience essential (tech strategy / digital transformation also a plus)
• Right to work in the USA
