**HERES WHAT YOULL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)**

* Act as brand leader, owning strategy development for one of Momentums biggest accounts

* Be a knowledge champion of customers, culture, and competition, helping our teams better understand our clients landscape

* Work with clients to determine clear objectives, goals, KPIs, strategies and tactics

* Design thought-provoking, clear creative briefs, inspiring our teams to build great ideas that exceed our clients objectives

* Partner with research & measurement counter-parts to ensure projects are measured and to identify key learnings & opportunities

* Create and confidently present client-facing materials

* Build thought leadership pieces to share internally and with clients on an ongoing basis

* Provide strategic POVs on clients areas of business, as requested

* Act as a thoughtful, consultative partner to our clients and internal cross-functional teams

* Develop frameworks and methodologies for approaching major strategic issues, leveraging existing Momentum intellectual capital

* Participate in new business pitches, as needed

* Support Momentums values

* All other duties as required

**HERES WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)**

* Bachelors degree

* 2+ years of experience in marketing strategy or planning

* Agency experience

* CPG / general retail experience

* Proven leadership ability with client relationship skills

* Familiarity with the experiential landscape

* Experience working with a network of integrated agencies

* Experience managing and coordinating multiple strategic projects across internal teams and client relationships

* Experience driving strategic thought leadership

* Knowledge of strategic disciplines (including primary research, segmentation, targeting, measurement, etc.)

* Strong ability to identify secondary research

* Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills

* Great presentation design skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
