We're recruiting a Store Supervisor on a permanent contract to join our team in New York!

Job description

Responsible for assisting Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager on daily store operations. Store Supervisor is also responsible for driving sales revenue, performing as a role model in front of Senior Sales Associate and Sales Associate, giving out advice and guidance, and to provide outstanding customer services.

Profile Required:

• Strong in sales and operation management, KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising, CRM, recruitment and staff coaching.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales with minimum 1-2 years managerial position in luxury retail / fashion retail industry.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin speaker will be an advantage.
• Approachable personality and customer-service oriented.
• Teamwork spirit and proactive attitude.
