Store Manager

Our client, a customizable lifestyle accessories brand, is looking for a Store Manager to join there team in their NYC store.

Job Duties Include:

• Responsible for all aspects of the guest experience
• Ensure all sales orders meet guests' requests with a focus on quality control
• Create and manage schedules that optimize business success
• Ensure staff use effective sales techniques by actively selling on the floor and leading by example
• Conduct daily store walkthroughs, assess visual merchandising and sell-through, and manage inventory
• Keep the back of house organized and running efficiently
• Delegate tasks based on staff strengths and actively coach to develop staff
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure all positions are filled
• Oversee the brand execution of in-store trunk shows

Job Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• 3+ years of management experience in the retail industry preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office and Google Docs/Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift

Salary: $100K annually
