The Store Manager will assume the crucial responsibility of providing robust, positive, and proactive leadership to their team, with accountability for overseeing all facets of store operations. The primary duties encompass cultivating a culture of best-in-class customer service, ensuring exceptional interactions. The role emphasizes the promotion of a positive and responsive environment for both internal and external customers, while strictly adhering to local, state, and federal laws and internal audit standards. Act as a coach and facilitator, empowering the team to effectively manage and be accountable for daily departmental operations. Demonstrate a proven track record in people development, diversity, and labor relations; customer service excellence; profitability; merchandising and sales; payroll and productivity; community relations; administration; strategic business planning; and sanitation/safety. Essential Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of all store departments. Proficiency in safe food handling practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional interpersonal, planning, organizing, and leadership skills. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter. Ability to influence and communicate effectively across different functions. Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities with a keen attention to detail. High level of customer service skills. Effective organizational, time management, and delegation skills.
