Love, Bonito, the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, is seeking a Store Manager to join their team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service to all customers.   • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing and leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the store is visually appealing
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring the store has optimal assortment at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience and resolving any customer issues or complaints
  • Build relationships with customers, creating a loyal customer base
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and sales, including visual merchandising and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to motivate and train employees and ensure everyone is meeting their job responsibilities
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with experience in apparel and fashion preferred
  • Ability to drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create a great shopping experience for customers
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales associates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising best practices and execution of the VM guidelines at the store
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with customers and staff
