Warehouse Stock Associate

The Stock Associate plays a pivotal role in the success of our Client fulfillment needs. They are responsible for assisting with merchandising stock in an efficient and timely manner to meet the daily inventory replenishment demands.

Responsibilities:

As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for stocking items on the shelves and ensuring the neat, orderly condition of the warehouse. • Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores and place them in the proper location on the shelves.
• Check off merchandise as received.
• Correct mistakes found on the inventory count sheet.
• Assist in pulling parts during busy times.
• Maintain neat and orderly warehouse conditions.
• Work with the stock manager to address any problems with orders.
• Resolve problems related to warehouse stocking.
• Perform miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal directions.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Open availability, flexibility, and ability to work various shifts and overtime.
• 1-2 years of stocking experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
