About The Role

Nili Lotan is seeking a Stock Associate to help lead the Inventory function at our East Hampton retail location. This position will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations by maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting research on discrepancies, and completing regular cycle counts. The Stock Associate will also collaborate closely with other members of the retail team, periodically jumping in and support the sales floor during busy periods to ensure clients are being assisted and the store looks its best.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily NOH (negative on hand) research at the start of day and end of day and share results.
• Conduct research behind daily inventory discrepancies and communicate employee errors with management.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts, completing on a weekly basis per managements direction.
• Communicate adjustments as needed.
• Daily inventory management with receiving ASNs and sending out RAs.
• Ensure overall stock maintenance is up to standard.
• Support with sales floor during rushes and when staff is limited.
• Support with ringing sales when needed.
• Support with go backs throughout the day and completed by EOD.
• Oversee Consignment and PR Binder to ensure inventory is being properly managed.
• Populate International Labels needed for Ship Memos.
• Ensure Ship Memos are being completed within 48 hours and closed out in CHQ with tracking.
• Communicate collateral needs and ensure the store is always fully stocked.
• Ensure trash is properly stored throughout the day and brought out at night.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a relevant field and industry.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail inventory management principles.
• Skilled in using MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
