**14800BR****Title:**Sterile Processing Technician 1**Department/Cost Center:**743 - Sterile Processing**Job Description:*****This position is 40 hours per week, Evenings, Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm. Candidates must be available to work weekends, holidays and on call as required.**The Sterile Processing Tech 1 will become acquainted with and understand CSP procedures. This includes Decontamination, Prep and Pack, picking of case carts, sterilizing instruments and operating CSP equipment properly and safely. The SPD Tech 1 also will become acquainted with and understand the process of supplying materials to the OR accurately and in a timely manner. Employee will work independently when Orientation has been completed.**Salary Range:**$19.41 - $23.68 an hour_The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job.
