We are in search of a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Senior MEP Engineer/Project Manager at our New York location. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) work across various construction projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management. Additionally, strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of building codes and regulations are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise MEP components of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Prepare and review project budgets and estimates.
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of all MEP work.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
