Why Patients Need You

As the Sr. Director Data Products for the Advertising & Marketing division, you will drive the fusion of technology and data to devise innovative advertising and marketing strategies. Your focus will be on refining our digital advertising initiatives, bolstering customer engagement, and adhering to industry privacy standards.

What You Will Achieve

You will bring a product and technology perspective to audience segmentation, media targeting, personalized media strategies, and programmatic optimization. You'll leverage customer and advertising data across all channels to drive impactful business results. In this role, you'll proactively implement opportunities to integrate data and technology in media, fostering relationships, articulating complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, and steering strategic decisions to cultivate a superior advertising experience for our customers.

How You Will Achieve It
  • Responsibilities include creating scalable products, integrating new technologies, and ensuring compatibility with diverse platforms to predict and manage personalization at scale, across diverse channels and segments.

  • Identify, evaluate, and launch new digital advertising products and partnerships.
  • Write and deliver technical requirement documents and artifacts required to enable the development of products, features, and infrastructure
  • Lead proof-of-concepts, providing reference architectures and solution designs.
  • Collaborate within media and integrated marketing teams to optimize reach, engagement, and mROI.
  • Lead privacy and cookie deprecation strategies to future-proof media campaigns.
  • Manage advertising relationships with major social, content, video and mobile innovators in order to be first to test, adopt and shape innovative opportunities.
  • Provide assistance with or lead P&L.
  • Grow, develop, and uplevel the team by defining performance standards, strategy, and evolving the team to scale.
  • Be the point person for cross organizational communication & GTM communications for the product suite.
  • Scale the Product function, evolve our/thinking culture, driving new ways to engage.
  • Drive design of cross-functional, company goal-level projects.
  • Think and plan quarters to years ahead.
  • Provide clear feedback, coaching, career development guidance across Product function.
  • Design the team structure/shape to meet the business needs.
  • Grow the team s performance, set clear expectations and goals, and ensure the team reaches them.
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Qualifications Must-Have
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 18+ years of experience in product management within the AdTech industry.
  • Proficient with AdTech technologies for various advertising aspects including planning, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of marketing levers, buying platforms, media channels, and ad verification tools.
  • Understanding of online user data privacy, AI, and machine learning in advertising.
  • Experience in machine learning in particular for ads optimization systems
Nice-to-Have
  • Familiarity with GDPR and CCPA.
  • Experience with CDPs, CRM systems, and cloud-based solutions.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $191,300.00 to $318,800.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
