Job Description:
The organization services three key domestic markets, being Veterans (through the United States Department of Veterans Affairs), Athletes, (directly and indirectly through college and professional sports teams), and the broader Commercial pain market (directly through HSA/FSA stores, and indirectly through provider-based prescriptions). Organizational momentum is predicated on three key strengths, being our Customer Experience (CX), our unique go-to-market model, and our industry leading product families. Accountabilities: Reports to the Director of Sports Sales. Accountable to prospect, qualify, and coordinate leads for negotiation and close by Sports Sales Manager. Once the account is closed, Inside Sales is accountable for maintaining and farming the account.   • Bachelor's degree
  • +1-year experience in a similar environment with documented success (post-graduate)
  • Multi-task in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of accountability.
  • Possess excellent communication, writing and problem-solving skills. Be able to communicate professionally with athletic trainers and staff via phone and email.
  • Experience with the following software programs: Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel, CRM database program - Salesforce.com.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail- capable of tracking and following up on communications and until the job or task is complete.
  • Have experience working in the healthcare field either as a healthcare provider (physical therapist, nurse, physician's assistant, etc.) or in an administrative role at a physician's office or other type of healthcare provider.
Account Management - Work directly with existing Sports customers and outside sales team to provide support and service. (A) Process, submit and follow to completion all work comp insurance program claims through insurance carriers. (B). Handle all customer complaints and initiate returns/repairs. (C) Communicate with distributors to ensure needs are met regarding pricing, support for trade shows and/or meetings with potential customers. Salary & Benefits: Base: $50,000 Estimated commission: $40,000.
