Title:Specialty Sales Associate Location:John F Kennedy International Airport * Acting as a Brand Ambassador and providing customers with an exceptional customer service experience through an understanding of each customers unique needs

* Engage customers by creating a memorable, tailor-made customer service experience
* Maintain high energy and a professional manner at all times
* Solve customer problems and exceeds expectations in store while servicing multiple customers
* Meet individual and store sales targets for every working shift
* Manage transactions at the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
* Follow all company policies, cash handling policies, and special store loss prevention procedures
* Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management
* Know basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire store
* Communicate pricing, out of date, and inventory issues with management
* Maintain the store environment, store organization and visual display and store sets
* Keep inventory organization and integrity in transactions while displaying all current merchandise at all times
* Participate in and complete the Dufry +1 and Out in Front associate training certification program and any Brand/product knowledge training
* Assist in the onboarding and training of new associates
* Process product shipments and transfers and perform related work as assigned
* Exemplify a passion and advocacy for the brand
* Ability to interact with diverse personalities and build relationships with team members and customers
* High degree of interpersonal skills
* Minimum of 2 years of high-end fashion retail experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent
