**SIGN ON BONUS** $1000 for all fulltime positions with 1235+ annual hours $500 for all part-time positions Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania seeks energetic and passionate PDE certified Teachers to serve young children with disabilities within our specialized integrated preschool programs throughout the five-county regional area. Teacher positions include Approved Private School, Early Intervention Center, and Friendship Academy classrooms. Our center-based programs educate children ages 3-6 with disabilities. Essential duties include classroom instruction, supervising Teacher Assistant staff in the classroom, working with IEP s to achieve the student s goals, and collaborating with Therapists, staff members, and administration. We strive to hire those who are passionate about the pediatric special needs population, have strong communications skills, enjoy a team environment and want to make a difference in the lives of those they assist. This position involves the school year plus a 5 or 6 week summer program. We are looking for Teachers who can create fun, engaging and literacy/play-based lessons. This position offers the right candidate an opportunity to become part of our multi-disciplinary supportive team working with children with disabilities and their families. Recent graduates and experienced professionals encouraged to apply. PDE certification in Special Education or emergency-certification eligibility required.
