Job Description:

Adecco Creative is partnering with a luxury retail brand in NYC to recruit for a contract Site Operations Associate role. This will be a temporary position and will run for approximately 5 months. The position will also be hybrid in Midtown Manhattan.

The Site Operations Associate on the E-Commerce team is a temporary role that will support the digital business to achieve its financial and performance targets. This role will report into the Senior Director and will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the site and to develop and implement a seamless and engaging customer-focused experience.

The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail who can identify opportunities and solutions independently while also executing and working collaboratively across teams such as Product, UX, Testing and Marketing.

  • Participate in weekly meetings to recap business and identify opportunities to drive conversion and provide the best-in-class customer experience
  • Analyze site KPIs such as conversion, add-to-carts, bounce rate, checkout flow to deliver customer behavior insights and provide recommendations to improve performance
  • Report on weekly site search behavior and trending searches
  • Report on landing page performance to identify wins and opportunities monthly
  • Manage site issues and act as liaison to cross-functional partners to bring to closure
  • Log, track & troubleshoot tickets that impact the customer site experience
  • Attend weekly support standup to communicate bugs to Digops partners to resolve, review issues & receive updates on progress
  • Validate fixes and provide feedback as needed
  • Send out bi-weekly recaps outlining resolved, in progress & new tickets
  • Be a key point of contact for 3rd party vendors relating to issues/bugs/site opportunities
  • Own and manage on site search experience & identify opportunities to improve search conversion
  • Validate search result pages for keywords & optimize results to improve KPIs
  • Recommend experience for null results and setup synonyms & redirects
  • Monitor performance for keyword ranking, conversion, and search behavior to identify wins and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product team to improve functionality, performance, and relevance
  • Play a lead role in managing and QAing the customer site experience from path to purchase
  • Manage & create Filter/Sort options across the site for each floorset launch
  • Innovate & recommend new filter/sort optimizations across the site (PLP/PDP/Content)
  • Manage strategy and execution for personalized customer journeys
  • Validate & audit on site experience from 3rd party vendors
  • Play a crucial role in user experience testing before sprint release & test launches
  • Own & Manage customer feedback and follow up on actions to provide the best in-class experience
  • Manage customer reviews seeding program to increase product ratings & reviews
  • Medallia deep-dives to monitor promoters/detractors/feedback and increase NPS
  • Identify opportunities in Digops monthly VOC deck to improve customer callouts

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • 4+ years working in eCommerce
  • BA or BS degree
  • A self-starter, can do attitude
  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of ecommerce business KPIs
  • Effective communication skills, particularly in synthesizing and presenting data
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A passion for innovation, highly resourceful and creative in solving problems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Demandware, Google Analytics, Tableau and JIRA is a plus
