**POSITION SUMMARY:**

The Site Merchandiser is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, content enhancements, new item setups and the consumer experience for the Amazon catalog of styles in Vendor Central. This role is vital to the success of the business at large on Amazon, ensuring consistent messaging, visibility and availability to maximize conversion and consumer engagement.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:**

**Build Best in Class Content:**

* Set up new seasonal products on Amazon using the NIS form and follow required launch process to ensure correct ASIN creation

* Work closely with Marketing team (internal and licensed brands) on content creation for new launches and pillars, including copy, alt images, A+ content, videos, reviews generation and ensure all content is uploaded and live on site

* Accountable for customer experience and conversion on Amazon brand content pages including product detail pages and brand store.

* Ongoing maintenance of catalog and PDPs including optimization of product titles, descriptions, images, videos, and A+ content

* Collaborate with internal teams to share content best practices and synergy between accounts.

**Promotional Planning & Execution**

* Manage promotional planning calendars and communicate to the brands and sales teams

**Data Driven Responsibilities**

* Analyze performance of content using relevant ARA reports and present findings to measure sales and conversion and to identify opportunities to improve (as needed)

* Optimize content and keywords based on results driven data

* Analysis of competitive & complimentary products to identify trends and opportunities.

**Operations**

* Manage Vendor Central, and support daily ecommerce operations

* Case management with Amazon support for issue management and resolution

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:**

**Experience:**

* At least 3 years of e-commerce experience

+ IDEAL, BUT NOT REQUIRED: Experience with Amazon business as a 1st-party seller brand, in apparel/fashion

**Education:** Bachelors Degree

**Skills:**

* Proficient with Vendor Central/ARA Premium for reporting and NIS management

* Strong working knowledge utilizing PLM, CMS and database-type systems to gather data/assets

* Proficient in Excel (pivot/manipulate data across multiple files) and data analysis

* Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint programs to create high impact presentations and reports
