Become proficient in receiving domestic and international shipments, including hazardous and non-hazardous goods. Work hand in hand with Warehouse team to maintain compliance at all times. Provide backup for Lead Shipping Coordinator during vacations/sick times. Execute shipment computerized tracking program. Be a champion for PepsiCo R&D safety processes and procedures. Actively participate in the ongoing shipping and facilities training programs by fulfilling all required learning and training experiences and by passing all evaluations and assessments throughout the program.

Principle Accountabilities Measures

Supports Warehouse team in loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments from carriers performing appropriate trailer and shipment inspection to insure shipment integrity Shipments received and loaded in timely manner while maintaining shipment integrity. Logs in received material and shipments into computerized warehouse inventory tracking system on a daily basis following outlined policy and procedures All shipments entered into inventory tracking system promptly and correctly. BOLs obtained and filed. All company policies followed. Operates hand lifts and fork lifts safely and as needed to handle and store palletized goods Operate power and other equipment safely and according to procedures at all times Insures personnel and outside contractors follow Pepsi Warehouse Safety Procedures Ensure all company warehouse and safety procedures are adhered to by all employees and contractors Delivers received goods to appropriate recipients Deliveries performed accurately and on time Keeps shipping dock and warehouse clean and organized Loading dock and warehouse free of clutter and organized at all times Maintains facility and maintenance stock inventory in an organized fashion and in proper locations Facility supply inventory maintained, no out of stocks, items stored logically and easily retrievable Performs other routine duties as assigned or scheduled including - Rack clean-outs; temperature controlled storage clean-outs, temporary storage and transfer of high volume consumer test production to off-site locations, operating company shuttle truck, delivering packages Accurately complete assigned duties on a consistent basis Back up for Lead Shipping Coordinator Capably perform Lead Shipping Coordinators duties in his absence. On site at all times when LSC is not Back up for Facility Truck Driver Capably perform Facility Truck Drivers duties in his absence. On site at all times when LSC is not Time off must be scheduled in advance to ensure coverage Proactively works with team members to ensure staffing levels are maintained Facilities Support

Assists with set-up of conference room furniture configurations based on client requirements

Facility work completed on time and as directed Assists with office furniture movements and set-up into designated workspace

Furniture moved and installed on time and as directed Assists with equipment movement and set-up into designated location in support of work order process

Assists with routine light maintenance and minor facility repairs (e.g. carpet and furniture repair, etc.) in support of work order process

Items moved and repairs made on time and as directed

* Basic computer skills, competent with ability to learn Microsoft Office software, ability to learn or experience with specialized storage tracking software.

* Ability to understanding and knowledge of warehouse and facility Good Manufacturing Practices. (GMPs)

* 1-2 years experience with facility & warehouse operations.

* Outstanding team working skills, quick learner.

Critical Competencies:

* Keeps accurate and up to date records of all materials being shipped from the site.

* Adapts quickly to change.

* Ability to prioritize workload.

* Must be well organized, capture work details and highlight any unexpected learning.

* Good communication skills (verbal and written)

* Must be proactive, reliable, self-motivated and a team player.

* Must be able to understand directions and work with limited supervision.
