Job Description Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate count and verification of incoming and outgoing product loads, as well as loading baskets/trays of baked goods onto route trucks. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and secure working environment, monitoring product quality according to Bimbo Bakeries USA standards, and collaborating effectively with co-workers. Reporting any issues with overages, shortages, or product quality to supervisors/managers is a crucial aspect of the role. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment. Monitor product quality to meet Bimbo Bakeries USA standards. Collaborate with co-workers to ensure smooth operations. Notify supervisors/managers of issues with overages, shortages, or product quality. Ensure the accurate count and verification of all incoming and outgoing product loads and returns. Break down tray stacks of bread, muffins, and bagels, arranging products for efficient loading. Process daily paperwork, including inputting adjustments/shorts/overages and verifying loads through computer applications. Communicate effectively with sales management regarding daily activities. Operate a DOT regulated route truck as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Requirements Education and Work History: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred) Ideal Candidate Profile: 0-1 years of shipping or warehouse experience preferred. General understanding of accepted warehouse principles. Possession of a valid driver's license. Adherence to DOT regulations, with the ability to pass a DOT physical and road test if applicable. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. overhead and push/pull a minimum of 50 lbs. Skill in stacking products according to sales center procedures. Basic computer skills. Ability to stand for extended periods, climb, twist, etc. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 4:00 am - 12:30 pm Benefits 401K PTO Benefits
