Bountiful Bread is an old-world, artisan bakery first opened in Albanys Stuyvesant

Plaza in 1996; a second location opened in June 2021 on State Street in Schenectady.

We bake a variety of breads every day which we distribute wholesale and retail, we

we have a catering business.

**Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:**

* Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant

* Adhere to company standards

* Enforce sanitary practices for safe food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas

* Maintain a professional image, including adhering to proper uniform use and

appearance standards.

* Maintain a clean restaurant

* Monitor food and labor costs.

* Deliver a positive guest experience, and be able to solve customer issues with

thoughtfulness and patience

* Ensure a safe working environment for guests and staff

* Be a team player, willing to help other associates when necessary

* Come to work with a positive attitude

**Requirements:**

* Restaurant management experience of one year

* Drivers license (preferred)

* High school education or equivalent (preferred)
