Job Description:

Our client is looking for ServiceNow module owner for the Asset Management area. This role will be an indefinite resource, so 12 month + contract. Below is our definition of module owner. Please do not apply without the ServiceNow ITAM experience from an IT perspective.

This is not a Developer or Admin position

Each module owner owns a different area within our SN ecosystem and is responsible for knowledge in those areas and kind of keeps track of all the projects within that module(s). So really this is a Project Owner role (not developer) with a specialty in SN. This module owner will be responsible for Asset Management but specifically APM, ITOM, CMDB, HAM Pro, and SAM Pro. Healthcare experience is required.

This role is supporting and managing the actual ServiceNow ITAM Software from an IT perspective. You would be responsible for managing all of the ServiceNow ITAM tickets that will fall under the umbrella of ServiceNow ITAM. Once a ticket is received, working with the business owners and taking down the technical requirements, then working to delegate those requirements to either the SN Developers or SN Admin and making sure the updates or projects are complete.

We are not looking for SN developers or Administrators. This role requires managing the SN ITAM product silo and all the falls under SN ITAM.

This is a Project Manager/Product Manager position
