RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet/assist customers as they arrive.
- Obtain customer information, and tag vehicles accordingly
- Make customer phone calls to follow up on experience, and confirm upcoming appointments.
- Assist in maintaining a clean work environment.
- Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Makes key tags for vehicles.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Service Manager/Advisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Clear and Valid Driver's License
