RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet/assist customers as they arrive.
  • Obtain customer information, and tag vehicles accordingly
  • Make customer phone calls to follow up on experience, and confirm upcoming appointments.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
  • Makes key tags for vehicles.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Service Manager/Advisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Clear and Valid Driver's License
