**Job Description**

* Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers who attend catering functions.

* Handles and solves any concerns and questions for customers.

* Sets tables with proper plates, cups, glasses and utensils before the catering function.

* Prepares and serves drinks to guests. Delivers food from preparation area to customers.

* Removes all table settings from tables after customers have finished their meals.

* At the end of the function, clear all tables dishes, linens, utensils, etc return all equipment to their proper area.
