This role is for a current Senior Technical Support engineer who will evolve into the future team leader and then team manager with a highly funded start-up with $18 Million in funding. The role is a cloud and database-as-a-service Senior Technical Support engineer.
Responsibilities: We are looking for a Senior (3-10 years) Technical support engineer with REST API, Database, SQL, SQL Querying, Cloud; AWS, GCP, and Azure (2 out of 3 clouds), scripting experience and Experience with at least one data consumption-based SaaS service like Datadog, Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB.
MUST have Qualifications:
Hybrid: You must be willing to work in the office 2 or 3 days a week in Manhattan.
