POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is currently looking for an experienced technical recruiter to join our thriving & experienced recruiting division specializing in Information Technology to support their opportunities in the Tristate. This is a highly successful close-knit team that is really looking for someone who can hit the ground running. If you are highly motivated with previous experience in recruiting and/or IT this could be the position for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full Life-Cycle recruiting of IT professionals working in MSPs, Fortune 500s, startups, and legal firms
- Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Build a network of candidates utilizing the company s applicant tracking system and all other resources.
- Come up with creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS Degree
- At least 2 years of technical perm recruiting experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven success working in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent organizational skills and team player
