Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage with top-notch talent through various channels, including social media, networking, and industry events
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs across the recruitment industry
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior or Talent Acquisition Consultant within a Recruitment Agency is a must for this role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
