Salary - $130,000-$200,000
Hybrid NYC - 2 days in office and 3 days remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Solution Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. As a Solution Engineer, you will serve as a key liaison between our client and their partners, ensuring the successful delivery of tailored solutions to meet partners' unique requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects from conception to implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with partners to assess their needs and align existing solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, test, and launch customized solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in payment services and Fintech.
Must Have Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a solutions engineer / sales engineer role role, preferably in the payments industry, working with merchants and financial institutions.
- 2+ years of experience as a software engineer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, APIs, cloud services, web technologies, and system integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with financial technologies, POS systems, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
